Dr. Leonidas E. Exarchos, D.M.D.
Dr. Exarchos — known to many patients simply as Dr. Leo — has practiced dentistry in Winchester for more than three decades. He built Winchester Dental as a boutique general practice: personal, thorough, and attentive to both health and appearance.
He holds a degree in music from Berklee College of Music in Boston, and went on to earn his D.M.D. from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. His doctorate studies in dentistry remain the foundation of his work. He brings a Greek-American family practice ethos to every visit — respect, hospitality, and care that treats you as a person, not a chart number.
His clinical interests span comprehensive family dentistry, smile-focused esthetic work, restorative dentistry, and oral implant restorative care — so patients can often stay with one trusted doctor as their needs evolve.
Personal interests include playing music, skiing, and visiting family and gatherings in Greece.
